I honestly didn't expect so much mentorship and sense of community. With the mentorship of Coach and the support of student leaders, I'm seeing so much success within such a short amount of time.

I'm a student at the greatest place to learn the fundamentals of wholesaling – The U, where we move differently. This challenge has opened my eyes to what I was and am capable of when I push myself and become unstoppable, moving away from self-destruction. It's helped me be realistic about things in my personal and business life, and I realized that the only thing holding me back was myself. I was comfortable being in the room but not being seen, but I've found my voice on this journey. I realized that people were waiting for me to step into my greatness. Now that I am seen, and I've seen myself grow through this challenge, the only option is to go up from here and close more deals. Now take the next step and join The Challenge‼️ Before I joined the program, I was aimlessly wandering in YouTube University and struggling with analysis paralysis. After I joined, I learned all of the essential aspects of real estate investing.  One of the things I love about The Challenge is the hands-on learning experiences, which were informative and incredibly inspiring. I even overcame my fear of speaking in front of large groups of people 😁  Your life won't get better by chance, it gets better by change. Change begins at the end of your comfort zone 💪🏾

The U aka Charged up University is full of love and has kept me here a little over 2 years. Our mentor Chris is amazing and extremely hands on. Me personally I feel as we’re not only helped mentally and physically but also spiritually. For example there can be scenarios in life that relate to the challenge or just business in general that teaches you about yourself such as running a business that seems simplified but also realizing personally you could use some development in that area such as staying consistent also showing a real reflection of your own personal commitment and accountability. Taking ownership of these traits can definitely assist with building better character and ultimately get you where you want to be. Shout out to THE U for the journey and ULTIMATELY Chris's patients guiding us across the finish line. ⚡️

I've been a family member of the U since 2019 and I wouldn't change anything in the world. In this community you are given the ball, the blueprint, the gameplan, the plays, unlimited support, and the new Draco! Slow feet really doesn't eat and you're able to move a lot farther faster with a mentor. You will not find a more well rounded group and experienced mentor than Chris and the U! Stop making excuses and get on the winning team! Chris is changing communities and lives… its bigger than what's seen on the outside and I'm so proud to be apart of the revolution.

My experience with Charged Up has been nothing short of life changing! It's not just about wholesaling and real estate, but also business and community. My experience in with Charged Up University has and is amazing. I love everything about it. It is fun, exciting and lots of community involvement: "Iron Sharpening Iron" is what I always say. Working in and with teams "to get it done" and helping sellers. Before coming to the U, I knew nothing about wholesaling now I am able to help and encourage.

I LOVE Charged Up University because the owner/businessman Chris is brilliant and doesn't gatekeep with insider knowledge on the business and his success. His teachings are clear and understandable. I feel like with implementing everything I've learned so far and will learn I know I will be SUCCESSFUL. He definitely wants success for ALL his students he personally does classes almost all week. He is an innovator and motivator. Gives you actionable steps for almost everything and if not will give you directions on getting whatever you need. I love CHARGED UP UNIVERSITY. It a Family Affair, each one teach one and no one left behind. First Coach AKA is fire, the why he cares and gives to the family is like none other. He is actually hands on giving advice. feedback and TRUTH every day, he is INVOLVED. He says he is always looking for ways for us to succeed that if we don't we have only ourselves to blame and it's true. There is not enough space nor words to explain "THE U". Charge Up University has given me a new outlook on how to work in the real estate business. I am learning from our daily calls more information on how to grow in this business.

We (my wife and I) are 9 days in and we look forward to quickly completing al of the phases to position ourselves for success. This Charged-Up Community has every system in place, support group, tech support, and every level of people support. There is no excuse.
