It would take a novice years to develop those contacts, and WAS doesn't charge you anything out of pocket for this service. They only make money, when you make money by actually transacting in real estate.

Brandon Rooks offers a level of customer service I've never experienced with any other company or individual in my life.I actually used to work for a competitor and I always refer my personal contacts to WAS, even when I worked for the other company.
