I have been working with Brendan at RPC for a few months. He is fantastic - responsive, knowledgeable, and patient! We are buying our first rental property. The first one we chose fell through unfortunately due to the appraisal. Brendan worked with the seller immediately on next steps and when it didn’t work out he worked with the seller again on another property which we will pursue. Though interest rates aren’t as low anymore incentives make the numbers work. I trust RPCs properties based on their knowledge of locations, the local markets, network and people. I found that RP Capital to be very helpful for the novice real estate investor like me. They make the process easy and remove many of the concerns of not knowing how to start.

My wife and I first heard about RPC on the documentary Money Revealed.
