WHAT CAN I SAY?! Royal Roofing is a company that DELIVERS, in more ways than one! After securing and reviewing multiple bids for my reroofing needs, it became apparent very quickly that Royal Roofing stood out from the rest. Their quote was clear, fair, detailed, and informative. The roofing crew, lead by Guillermo and Nicholas were true professionals and very pleasant to work with. Not to mention, they completed the job 6 days ahead of schedule! They pride themselves on SPEED, QUALITY, EFFICIENCY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE…..and it’s very apparent! Steve, the President, was professional, charismatic, informative and ALWAYS answered my calls and questions with excitement and great detail. I was new to reroofing and can be quite indecisive at times, but Steve made it a point to be patient and educate me on the ins and outs of reroofing. Steve was even willing to support me during a reroofing disagreement with my HOA about allowable reroofing product materials, which I appreciated……TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I truly appreciated the daily reroofing progress updates (accompanied by clear drone footage and pictures) provided by Steve and Guillermo. The days were filled with laughs and smiles and you can tell the crew really enjoys what they do!
