I found this company using the BBB. Roofers99 was one of three companies that I contacted about examining my roof for hail damage. The owner himself came to my home, and he and his assistant worked with my claims adjuster to assess the damage. The work crew came promptly and worked diligently. Amazingly they did a fantastic job with clean up, and the work was finished within a day. The administrative staff did a great job of helping me get the documentations to the insurance company. I would definitely work with this company again.

After extensive research, we were very impressed with the quality and service we received from roofers99. Sales team is very knowledgeable of their products allowing us to make an informed decision, unlike many companies employing high pressure sales tactics. They were professional and thorough from start to finish. They returned after the roof installation to assure there were no issues and that we were satisfied with the finished product. I was such in a hurry to Repair a damage on my Roof near the chimney area there was improper flashing and to adjust about 5 to 6 Shingles. Help me alot I received a letter from my insurance company for cancellation for coverage and a certain date line to Repair this damage and this company 100 completed it on time. The roofers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also careful not to damage any plants along the sides of the building. I can recommend these guys.

My experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. Talking with the office staff on the phone was always professional and pleasant. Let me start by saying, I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However, I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional, informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish🙄). Unfortunately, the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas, there was a lesson to be learned...I need to change my insurance company!

They made the process of replacing my roof easy by walking me through the upcoming steps. Started by helping with the insurance company, the scheduling, showing up early on starting day and completed the job in a day and a half. The crew did a great job on the roof and an excellent job in cleaning up after completion. I greatly appreciate the salesman who stayed in touch through out the process and kept me apprised of upcoming steps.

I am in the process of selling my house and he installed a new roof on my house in 2011. Naturally I could not find my paperwork showing that his company did the work nor that they were up to code. The crew and his office searched through archived files and came up with all of the information I needed. Not only did his crew do a great job in 2008 but he went above and beyond in 2021 to help me out. Not many business' now days have those morals or ethics. God Bless you for a job well done.

roofers99 was very professional. They are vey nice and treat you like family. They came in one day and did the roof installation on my garage. The next day they did the siding and installed an entry door on the garage. The good thing was that I didn't have to clean up after them.
