Very friendly, professional staff. They did a nice job cleaning my home in preparation for new owners. Overall I was satisfied with the service. However the staff missed a couple of things little things. First, the gap between the stove and counter still had crumbs so had to clean this out myself. I also had a mantle on my fireplace that after it was dusted there was white fuzz from the duster. The wood was rough so the duster left white fuzz on the mantle. Also they did not clean my doggie door. My fault maybe on this since I should have specified that they clean the door??? I also thought it took a bit long to do the cleaning given what I needed done. One of the cleaners appeared to be less experienced so perhaps this is why it took a bit longer than expected. Again, I was satisfied but just wanted to point out some areas of potential improvement.

Roochi did a phenomenal job with our move out clean! We did a quick sweep after we finished loading the moving truck and they took care of everything else. It was ready for our realtor to show right away. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs to get a deposit back or get a home ready to show.

They did excellent work on my move out cleaning

I hesitated to hire a home cleaning service, due to privacy concerns and the ongoing pandemic. I chose Roochii after hearing a referral, and I am so pleased that I did! Not only were the folks polite, thorough and prompt, they took the time to help me with other things that my disability won't let me get too, like my oven.

THEY CLEANED MY OVEN, GUYS. It looks brand new. This was a fantastic improvement to my overall quality of life. I will be booking them again!

AMAZING! Above and beyond. 10/10 please use them. When you thinking cleaning companies you never know what you will get but these ladies went above and beyond. Moving things, cleaning under them, cleaning walls- leaving everything spotless! On time and great with communication!

Their responsiveness is the best part! Good customer service is hard to come by but Roochi is so quick to address any issues and the quality of the services rendered is excellent!

We used Roochii cleaning for a deep clean and then they came back the next day to steam the carpets. Both days they showed up on time, with everything they needed. They were quick and did a fantastic job. I will regularly be using them for the deeper cleans my home needs.

They were responsive and communication was great. Was able to get soap scum off our glass shower, doors were wiped down, and all my shelf Knick knacks were wiped down. They did a very detailed cleaning.
