They always fit us into their schedule in a timely manner yet our requests are inconsistent as to monthly timely. The crews are prompt, professional and very detailed. Sometimes with our “messier” jobs, they are diligent and thorough. Truly appreciate their professional cleaning skills all around!!

Wonderful company to work with! I’ve had issues with other companies in the past and never had gotten a callback. They’re very responsive and can help schedule a cleaning when they got there. They were a professional wonderful to speak with before and after after cleaning the carpets and provided wonderful quality and care in carpet cleaning. We have used different services, but I am thrilled with Roochii. They are thorough and timely. They are also very understanding when we have had to alter our biweekly schedule. I see no reason to ever change. These folks work hard.

We have the monthly cleaning service and the team that comes is always friendly and efficient. They make sure to pay attention to details and are very respectful of our space. On the first visit they even asked if it was ok to dust the artwork, not wanting to damage anything. My wife and I work from home and the cleaners work around us even when we are on conference calls.

Roochii Cleaning has been wonderful to work with. They are professional, affordable, and perform quality work. I look forward to continuing to welcome them into my home!
