Rocky Mountain Recon does quality work at a fair price. We liked the RV building they did for us so much, we had them build an addition on our barn, and it's just as well done. Lance is honest and will work out any concerns. Highly recommended!

I was about to put my fifteen year old house on the market when black mold was discovered in our crawlspace under the furnace/laundry room on the first floor. I was shocked. The house inspector recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration. I called Rocky Mountain Restoration and they came right over and assessed the problem and discussed the solution. They were so personable and professional and they helped calm my anxiety over the mold. The house went under contract quickly but the buyers were concerned about having the mold remediated completely as the wife was extremely allergic to any type of mold. The closing of the sale depended on Rocky Mountain Restoration doing a great job. After I moved out, Rocky Mountain Restoration came in and checked for any other mold the could have spread into walls and floors. If I could give this Company 1000 stars I would. We had our basement finished, and did a patio extension. Lance and the crew exceeded our expectations! Very professional, built on was done on time and it came out georgous. We are planning our next project this fall, and most likely will choose this company to build our next house! Great job!
