Best place to go get your healing when your body is aching all over the place it’s takes time for sure but the results of feeling whole again is right there with the help of the best massage therapist, acupuncturist and more , love everyone who works there and I really can say help is there go and see for yourself I did and I have the results.

I love Rockland County Disc Centers of America. Dr Stephan and Christina are a real pleasure to work with. Christina gives me a lot of time and patience with all the various treatments and you can see the enthusiasm every time I come in. She also always listens to the areas that I had pain in that day and always has the right treatment in mind. I can only recommend Rockland county disc centers of America to anyone with back or any other pains. They really helped me a lot!

Even though I have only visited Rockland County Disc Centers of America once, I have been a long term patient of the practice. I have been a patient there for over a decade and they feel like family. The services they provide give me great comfort and I honestly don't know how I would get along without them. The staff are very warm and considerate. You won't find better service anywhere else!!

I have coming to this facility for over 2 years now and can only rave about the entire experience. I have shoulder pain from working on a computer all day. I get massage therapy which has changed my life, literally. No more pain no meds just an intense massage that alleviates all the tight muscles causing the unbearable pain. The office smells like a spa, the therapist are excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I tell anywho complains about pain to go to this spa office. The chiropractors are all so professional and really listen and do not try to steer you to take services that you are not comfortable with nor need. Very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend coming here first for any pains you may have.

Dr. Benecke and the entire staff are so great. I was measured for a pillowise pillow and it has been amazing. The office is always extremely clean and welcoming. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are ao polite. From the adjustments to the massages. My personal experience with everyone has been top notch.
