Loved the service from the Doctor and the staff. Doctor was very easy to discuss he never made us feel rushed. The procedure went very well and the results were excellent. Staff is excellent wonderful customer service and care. All costs were exactly as they quoted not a penny more. Overall I was more than happy with the procedure and service.

Everything about my surgery went perfect and the staff was wonderful. I was a nervous wreck on surgery day but Dr. Kratschmer, the anesthesiologist and the OR nurse were all Beyond fantastic. The OR nurse, who I am so very sorry I do not recall her name had me in stitches before surgery. I do not care if you are a top facility if you don’t have the bedside manner to go along with the skill, I would never return. This office has it all!!! I deeply thank her for her kindness!!Extremely pleased with results of the surgery and would return in a heartbeat for any other procedure. Thank you to your entire staff!!

Absolutely love Dr. K and his staff. His wife Amber has gone above and beyond to walk me thru the entire process, including answering every question I may have even after hours. My results are beautiful and exactly what I requested. Dr K is funny, kind and easy to talk to. His surgery nurse and anesthesiologist were AMAZING. Eased my fears and kept me laughing until I was released. Loved my entire experience!!

I went in for my surgery consultation for a tummy tuck. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kratschmer answered all of my questions in detail. I was not rushed at all. At the end of my consult Amber we was able to accommodate my requested surgery date, which meant everything to me. I left very happy and excited in anticipation of my procedures.

I went in for my consultation everybody was extremely nice and professional. When he evaluated me you could tell that he really cared and wanted the best for me. I highly recommend going to this doctor not only is he a fordable but extremely kind and professional and definitely not money hungry. I had other concern is that I thought needed attention and he told me not to worry about it that I didn’t need it, and I’m only doing my arms. Now that is a class act professional!
