Dr.K and Amber were so warm and comfortable to speak with about my procedure. The challenged areas that embarrass me were easy to discuss the game plan for making me feel confident again. Can't wait to start phase 1 of my transition.

I was referred to Dr. Kratschmer from a friend and was not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to me and took his time explaining to me my options and his recommendations. I was so pleased that I am booking my surgery tomorrow.

Honestly, Dr. Kratschmer was the first and only surgeon I consulted with. From my initial consult to the day of surgery and beyond I’ve been extremely pleased with Dr. Kratschmer, his assistant, Amber and the rest of his staff. I was super nervous the day of surgery and they were all very understanding and made me feel completely comfortable. Throughout the entire time, any time I have a question I can just email or call, and they are very quick to reply back, which means the world to me. Omg I don’t even know where to start!😄 he is awesome! Including his staff as well I can’t leave them out. I’m 7 days post op from him performing a TT and MR and I feel great and look GREAT! The doctor was quite thorough during my initial consultation. He made sure to review my medical history and explain what precautions would be taken and why during my surgery. I particularly liked the fact that he uses top rated hospital staff when performing surgery. We went for a second opinion after this consult and we chose to use Dr. K for my procedures. His manners go a long way. Thank you for putting us at ease.

If you are on the edge about getting a procedure done Dr. Kratschmer is by far the best to go with. Not only was my consultation great but the day of my surgery (TT) the staff and nurses made me feel completely comfortable. I am only 5 wks po, still healing but so far extremely happy with my results. You can tell he takes pride in his work and makes sure the patient is getting what they want. I am able to email back and forth with questions and concerns also and they always reply quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Kratschmer! I will definitely be using him for any future procedures.
