Robert Kratschmer MD - Plastic, Reconstructive, & Hand Surgery

I love Dr. Kratchscher knowledge of what I needed and wanted done, but he not very Friendly his bed side manners need some work. I went to see if he could do the job and he definitely has skills.

He explained everything well and sets a realistic expectation. I was extremely happy with how he was concerned about ensuring my safety due to a certain condition I have. I appreciate that being I've heard from staff that work at these types of places how they often treat people as something off of an assembly line. We are humans and I felt regarded as such. So much so that I scheduled my procedure! We shall see how it goes!

After several consults with other plastic surgeons, I decided on Dr. Kratschmer because communication is important to me. As a health professional myself, I know how busy it is to make sure you respond back to your patients in a timely manner. Not only does his staff do this during business hours but they have also gone above and beyond to respond after hours during their own time. That shows how much they enjoy what they do for their patients. I’ve recommended Dr. Kratschmer to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Amber and Kelcie are super sweet and thorough about any questions you have and Both are always working hard to make sure your calls, emails, and questions have been answered.

During my consultation Dr. K was very nice and down to earth, answered most of my questions before being asked and also the questions that I did have at the end was explained in a way that was easy to understand. He was very honest about what he can and can’t do with certain fats.
