James did a great job. He removed hard water stains that the company I used last year just ignored. One window had minor streaks because it was in the hot sun. He worked for 10 minutes trying to get it perfect. He volunteered to come back just to do that one window.

Big windows, new house, lots of mullions!!! James was very patient in not only coming back with multiple quotes and service options but in getting us scheduled very quickly! Coming into the house, he was very respectful of furniture, care of floors and surrounding items in setting up very tall ladders to get those very big windows. He takes a lot of pride in delivering a stellar service & giving the client (me) what I need - very beautiful views. As a consultant myself, I really appreciate the concierge level of service that James provided. He made sure we were not only satisfied with his service but declared he could even do better next time!
