James did a first rate job with our windows, couldn’t be happier with the job. It had been a number of years since the windows in our home had been professionally cleaned, and it showed. James cleaned a number of them several times to get off the gunk. All the while he was pleasant and professional. Will definitely be using his services again. As a side note birds have been banging into them for the last couple days, feel bad for them but happy for me.

Wanted to add an update. James was out again for the 2021 spring clean and once again I have nothing but excellent things to say. This year we also had him clean the gutters and received the same spectacular results. He is definitely our go to guy.

Arrived on time according to the schedule, did an excellent job cleaning the windows, charged exactly the amount of the estimate and offered suggestions
about making the windows more efficient by pointing out broken seals. Always a pleasure to have on site.

I should have hired Rivercross earlier in the Summer when they quoted gutter cleaning for our townhomes, but I chose elsewhere. My mistake: the other company never showed and in the end would not respond to phone or messages. In desperation, my son and I cleaned what we could but could not reach the most needy part of the gutters. A call to Rivercross two days ago brought James out this morning in 29 degree weather to finish the job. What a savior and the entire Rivercross group is very pleasant and professional to deal with as I learned. We have already signed up for next Fall.

An example of his honesty we ask to have our rain gutters cleaned by him he took a look at them and said they didn’t need it.
