James of Rivercross Window Cleaning was wonderful. Great communication. Easy to schedule. It was worth the wait 2 - 3 week wait.

He's professional and honest. The windows on our new home were filthy and he let us know it may take a cleaning or two over the seasons to get them back to their original state. They look brand new after one cleaning except for a few tough ones.

side note: we reached out to James after 3 windows in the sunlight looked like they were missed. He was appreciative of the call and came out the next day giving them some deeper TLC. We appreciate James desire to provide a great service and for his customers to be happy with the outcome.

WOW. I’m happily typing this looking out my squeaky-clean windows! James of Rivercross Window Cleaning did an amazing job; inside, outside and screen cleaning. It’s a bit ironic as I was unable to get a response from several of the local vendors (including those I’ve used before) but when James responded promptly with a quote and availability, I decided to try Rivercross. I’m so glad I took a chance and invited him into our home.
