EXTREMELY HAPPY,
We had 5 companies come out and Dan Riley long time electrician/ owner came out as well himself . He was the only one to ask about our electric vehicles, check our multiple panels, We were looking to use our propane delivery system on our house and Dan spent the time review and to show the system was not big enough and showed me the math. All the others said it would be fine. The other companies were showing a 8kw less generator. Dan was the only to put load management into the works. Most of our tie ups were not Riley's fault, they were town inspections and the propane company. Remember when installing a personal power plant there are many cogs in the wheel, so time constrains would be be beyond Riley's control, The generator install went smoothly quick and after the town and propane company finally finished their tasks. Test day -Dan met me at the house and turned the breaker on the transfer switch to off to make it seem like a power failure from the street power and in about 15 seconds you could hear the generator fire up and soon after like MAGIC the lights came on . Dan spent the time to walk through the house and have us put on the dryer, stove, stove top, microwave all worked seamless on our new powerplant.
I feel the price was fair and competitive but the knowledge and expertise was worth a lot more. We also contracted Riley to do other work on our electrical system and they also spotted some future concerns on our plumbing. Again My family and I would HIGHLEY RECOMMEND
I know we are all set in our next power failure.
