They worked with me on changing the schedule because of rain. He showed up on time he had some issues with his power scrubber, but he worked with it and got the job done. Also had the windows cleaned. I think next time I would ask to have the full service of wiping down the windowsills in the edges.

I am glad I found Rigdon. They have been cleaning my windows for over a year, and Caden has been consistently here either solo or as a team. The window cleaning is excellent, and I'm very pleased with the service.

Most important is the cost fit the budget! And the windows look the best since we’ve opened… not sure why we waited this long…. Give them a try!

I have had a fantastic experience with Rigdon Arkansas because of the person sent to render the service is the most service oriented person i have had the pleasure to meet. He was so courteous, respectful and determined to do the job right. I couldn’t have asked for for more from him. In fact, i was so impressed with his professionalism for 5 services that i have recommended Rigdon to several of my friends. Hopefully Rigdon will make an example out if this young man in training all their service people because it seems rare anymore in any service business.. Their scheduling people however could use the same training.

The young men that came to clean my windows were simply wonderful. Very polite, and attentive. They did a beautiful job. I'm very happy.

Perfect. On time and gutters and downspouts are clean

We were having a new roof and gutters installed just as my lights were scheduled to be installed. Weather and contractors schedules caused some delays in getting the job completed but Rigdon worked closely with me to get my lights installed as soon as the job was finished. The guys who put up the lights were super! They worked until after dark to finish the install and made sure everything was working well before they left.
This is my second year working with Rigdon and I am still very pleased with their work. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have recommended them to friends.
