Just had my carpets cleaned and am very satisfied. Steven showed up on time and was exceptionally efficient. Really went out off his way to explain the service and show us exactly what our carpets need while being sensitive to our economic ability. My carpets look great feel great and many spots are now gone. Was such a great experience will definitely use again and refer my family and friends!!!!
