This couldn't have been easier. The employee on the initial call was personable and professional. She took my info and the project manager got back to me in a timely manner. Two days later he showed up at my house to give it a look and give me an estimate. I asked for three different estimates (Just north side, north side and west side, and sidewalk/porch). My request was granted and I received my itemized estimates in my inbox 20 minutes later. I accepted my preferred estimates, got a phone call an hour later, and scheduled service for the next day. Logan arrived, hooked up the hose, completed the job in a couple of hours, cleaned up, showed me around, and that was that! Logan was professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Where they really impressed us was their customer service. The initial booking of the appointment and quote was quick and painless. After our service, we noticed some overspray got into our deck and left cleaned spots that didn’t match the rest. I reached out to Revive hoping they can just spot treat but they offered a complete deck wash complimentary.
