We had Revision come back to remodel our kitchen since we had such a great experience with them last time. Unfortunately, some issues arose this time, leading to the update and the drop from 5 stars to 4.

Short Summary
Revision did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel, delivering beautiful results at a much more affordable price than other options. However, communication was a significant issue during this project. While I hope this was an isolated case, I believe addressing these concerns could improve their overall customer experience.

Turned out outdated bathroom into a modern paradise!

They installed vanity and cabinet incorrectly. The under sink door does not entirely open and the vanity drawers do not open easily. They bind on frame of cabinet. The niche and shower floor do not drain properly leaves pools of water. They also damage my bathroom floor with gouges and drywall paste. They left the bathroom dirty with the install debris in the drawer and cabinet n floor These issues have not fixed. For a month I’ve been waiting for a crew to come fix the issues. I’ve been told for 2 weeks that a crew would be here. Now no one is answering my text or phone calls

Their offers on services are not true! No I don't recommend them !! Please read the other reviews don't recommend them for jobs done! People had more complaints about final results and while they are working!!! 👎🏼

It's been a year since our bathroom renovation project (Aug - Oct 2023) and I've waited until now to submit a review - mainly because I wanted to see how things played out over a year and also to ensure this is unbiased.
I chose RKB for the work mainly because of all the positive reviews they had. I was impressed with the bid and discussion with Shawn (not the owner). Things were busy and it took a few months to start, which I had no problems with.
The first few days were a little confusing because it seemed that the workers who came were unsure of what work was actually supposed to be done - this was mainly in reference to some demo work in a bedroom being turned into our master closet space.
Overall, we do love the new bathroom but if I had to pinpoint my disappointments it all boils down to one thing: ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Recently had Revision Kitchen and Bath convert a tub to a walk-in shower. From our initial consult with Jodie to the actual installation was nothing but a positive experience. Shawn and Travis who did the work were professional and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and with the quality of the work they did. Final product looks exceptional. They totally cleaned up the area before leaving. If I need similar work done again, I would definitely use them again.

Loved how they were able to take care of everything our bathroom remodel required and did not need to hire outside contractors (they did electrical, installed bathroom vent, painted, etc). Great experience and beautiful bathroom!

If I could give a -0-rating I would! Had terrible experiences with Revision Kitchen and Bath’s owner and installation/construction crew. Unreasonably long bathroom installation (told install would take 6 days, it took 7 weeks, requiring much nagging from us); supplies ordered incorrectly twice, causing multiple delays; installed non-matching fixtures on tub and shower, had to be ASKED to correct it; wall repairs and painting done terribly, requiring re-due at our insistence, not once but twice; workers inconsistent and unreliable in showing up for work, also causing delays in completion. Terrible communication with us. Asked owner for break in price, due to major inconveniences over several weeks, but owner refused. Do not recommend this company to ANYONE! Will never work with them again!

I don't often leave reviews about services I've received, but I am going to write this one unsolicited from Revision Kitchen and Bath. It is a review that goes beyond giving a company a 5 star rating because of the professional work but goes beyond to the customer service.

After our project was originally completed, we noticed some problems with the work. We contacted the company and they agreed to have someone come and review it with us. They agreed with the problems that we identified and even found some more that we hadn't noticed.

The owner of the company, Shawn Temple, took complete ownership of the problem, helped us understand what had happened and committed to resolve the problems to our complete satisfaction. He personally came out and did the work to resolve the issues and finished with the project today.
