We had Revision come back to remodel our kitchen since we had such a great experience with them last time. Unfortunately, some issues arose this time, leading to the update and the drop from 5 stars to 4.

Short Summary
Revision did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel, delivering beautiful results at a much more affordable price than other options. However, communication was a significant issue during this project. While I hope this was an isolated case, I believe addressing these concerns could improve their overall customer experience.

Turned out outdated bathroom into a modern paradise!

Recently had Revision Kitchen and Bath convert a tub to a walk-in shower. From our initial consult with Jodie to the actual installation was nothing but a positive experience. Shawn and Travis who did the work were professional and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and with the quality of the work they did. Final product looks exceptional. They totally cleaned up the area before leaving. If I need similar work done again, I would definitely use them again.

Loved how they were able to take care of everything our bathroom remodel required and did not need to hire outside contractors (they did electrical, installed bathroom vent, painted, etc). Great experience and beautiful bathroom!

I don't often leave reviews about services I've received, but I am going to write this one unsolicited from Revision Kitchen and Bath. It is a review that goes beyond giving a company a 5 star rating because of the professional work but goes beyond to the customer service.

After our project was originally completed, we noticed some problems with the work. We contacted the company and they agreed to have someone come and review it with us. They agreed with the problems that we identified and even found some more that we hadn't noticed.

The owner of the company, Shawn Temple, took complete ownership of the problem, helped us understand what had happened and committed to resolve the problems to our complete satisfaction. He personally came out and did the work to resolve the issues and finished with the project today.

We had our tub taken out and changed to a walk in shower. Revision Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic job. Only took the 2 days. We love it.

Revision Kitchen and Bath recently completed remodeling our small master bathroom that was originally designed when we built our house 32 years ago. The newly remodeled bathroom is exquisite. We kept the original wood vanity cabinets and the dinosaur jetted tub along with the tile floor. The four walls and ceiling of the shower were demolished and replaced with two new walls, a new ceiling and two glass walls which totally opened the former closed-in feel. Plumbing was moved and replaced with all new plumbing fixtures and a glass barn door. The original vanity countertop was replaced with a new quartz countertop that included two new under-mount sinks. New hardware was added to the shower, dinosaur tub, and vanity countertop. Old tub surround was replaced with new surround that matched the shower.

Revision Kitchen and Bath is amazing! The process was simple and painless. Zack - our initial consultant, helped make it easy for us and was available to answer all my questions..at all hours of the day. I wouldn't expect that from anyone, but he went above and beyond.

Will and Adam were our installers and arrived in a timely fashion every day while always cleaning up any of the work they performed. They were like pleasant house guests and really put in the effort to install the bathroom of our dreams.

I can't say enough about the business and their final product. These guys provide a great service at a tremendous value.

Found your delightful company at this year’s SLC Home Show. Sean was so incredibly gracious and answered all of our questions regarding our kitchen floor. He set us up with an in-home estimate, and we had our floors installed in less than a week. Will and Jeff were awesome flooring installers. They answered all of my questions, were very professional, and cleaned up and hauled away all the old flooring. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again!! All around lovely experience!

We had Revision work with us on a total bathroom remodel and a new vanity in our half bath. I loved going to their showroom and picking out my flooring, counter tops, shower liner and vanity colors and style. We worked with Blake Brock and he was patient while we got a second bid to make sure the price was good. It was almost identical, but Revision could finish in 1/3 the time!! We chose to do the job when we were out of town, so that we didn't have to be without a bathroom while they worked. We scheduled it and the crew showed up on time and they were quick and efficient and clean. They covered the floors with drop cloths and swept where they worked. In our old cabin we needed to upgrade the small shower. We had Revision Kitchen and Bath come up to see how
hard it would be and give us quote. Their price was very reasonable. When they finished, it looked great and professionally done. I recommend Revision to be a very reputable company.

I am very happy with my new bathroom! The process was very easy and this was a great team to work with. Zach our consultant was on time for our appointment and very excited to help us find the right design for our project. He has stayed in touch with us the entire time of our project. Bri the receptionist has been great about contacting us to keep us informed of how our timeline has been proceeding. The installers Will and Kie were on time each morning and worked non stop, even in the heat and thunderstorms we had this week. When they left each night the house was cleaned up perfectly. Benjamin did an amazing job installing the ceiling fan and worked all afternoon on it up in the roof even though it was well over 100 degrees! The owner even came out and double checked the measurements before ordering our materials. I am very happy I chose Revision for my remolding project!

I had our bathroom redone to accommodate my dad’s wheelchair. The installers were very nice. It took a little longer than expected but everything has worked great and I am pleased with the work. I got lucky.

Revision did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! Shawn was easy to work with, always available for questions, and honest about timeframes and costs.

The new shower stalls that we got our old ones replaced with look great, and are much more solid with the greenboard backing now. We love how it all came together and how the material was cut to fit the walls up to the ceiling. Zack was awesome to work with and checked in with us from start to finish. Kiel was super thorough and detailed with the install, and did a very professional job – really impressed with the result!

Will and Kyle were fabulous and I would recommend giving them a raise. Very professional and knowledgeable, everything a consumer would ever want!

Revision did an amazing job remodeling my old bathroom. Zack provided straightforward pricing options with no sales tactics like I got from other bathroom specialists. They stuck to their timeline throughout the whole process and Zack was never hesitant to answer my calls or texts. Kyle and Will did an outstanding job on the install. Quality is top tier and despite running into a few issues they were able to get us a new functioning shower and nearly finished bathroom within two days. Everyone at Revision was very professional and the experience was all around amazing.
