My appointment was a follow up to surgery Dr. Shaw performed. As with the 1st appointment the entire experience was great. All of the technicians were professional, and attentive. And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shaw but here's a few...he was timely as I didn't have to wait much past my appointment time, and he has a wonderful patient approach.

I thought he was very personal. After looking at my test he said that there was nothing else he could do for me. He said that the repairs to the holes in both eyes of the macular lining had healed good. If I had any others problems to give him a call.

Even though I arrived early they got me to an exam room immediately. The procedures were done efficiently and effectively.

The staff and DR. were all very nice and informative.

He was very nice informative about my procedure and very pleasant person. The rest of the staff is also very nice and helpful.

The technicians were awesome and gentle and very informative. Dr. Shaw explained everything and had a gentle touch and made me feel a lot more comfortable having the procedure done.
