The appointment went very well today, everything went quickly with little down time. Probably the best appointment so far, everything clicked right along. I realize that's not always going to happen but everybody stayed on top of my appointment and I didn't get lost in the shuffle. Nobody dropped the ball. Everybody was very nice, polite and friendly.
