I find that the various employees that I come in contact with during the course of my visits are ALL consistently very kind, considerate and helpful to a fault. I have never met one who was in any way discourteous or in any other way anything but considerate. I have found Dr. Razek Coussa to be the same way of treating me and to be very skilled in administering my shots. I have had more than half a dozen and have never felt more than a very minor discomfort with either the pre-shot numbing process or the shot itself. My after-shot experience has been virtually pain free. I would highly recommend this office for macular degeneration treatment.
