I would recommend Retina & Vitreous because they are good people. They treat you like a person instead of a cypher. The various staff members are very knowledgeable and professional about their work, but kind and friendly at the same time. Even humorous at times. I am especially impressed by Dr. Coussa and his assistants who together prepare the eye for the shot. The nurses who administer the preliminary numbing medications are meticulous and careful so when it’s time for the numbing shot, administered by Dr. Coussa, it is painless. So, of course, the shot with the medicine is also painless. I must say so as to be accurate, what I have just described is my experience most of the time. The staff is friendly. The service is done in a timely manner. They treat you with dignity the new doctor Coussa is great. His procedures were a little different for the better. The location is convenient.

I like Dr. Tosi and his staff very much.
It’s longer for me to drive now but it’s to find with plenty of parking.
The new office is nice and has plenty of seating.

I was told my appointment would take
2.5 to 3 hours. The staff was very professional and efficient. Between each phase of my appointment I waited no longer than 10 min. Dr. Tosi examined me, explained my condition as well as possible next steps. I was done in 1 hr. 20 min. I appreciate the positive experience.
