The technicians were kind and thorough and the doctor answered all my questions.

To time spent at this appointment was very reasonable, staff was very efficient and friendly, and the doctor was very efficient. The doctor was not rushed and took his time, explaining the past and future treatments in a friendly manner.

Everyone who is part of the process was friendly yet professional creating a stress reducing atmosphere

It appeared that the registration desk was short staffed today. I only bring this up to express my sincere thank you to the woman who was doing check ins and appointment scheduling. Extremely pleasant and efficient. She made each patient feel important at their turn. I didn't catch her name but want to say thank you.... My service from the nurses, these, and doctor was fantastic.

Great care, service, and very professional. Very hard to know you're getting and injection in the eye, but they make it as comfortable as they can! Doctor, Dr. Razek Coussa, is exceptional, and the entire staff is very helpful and courteous!
