Restore Health of VA

I injured my lower back several years ago. It was pain free for the most part, but it would flare up from time to time. About 2 years ago, the pain became more consistent and slowly intensified. It got to the point where I had pain all day, every day. I was unable to perform the simplest of exercises and driving/sitting became unbearable. One of my friends suggested I see Dr Thompson. I had been to see a very highly rated local Chiropractor when the injury occurred and I was not impressed so I was not expecting anything this time around. I scheduled the appt purely out of desperation.

I met with Dr Thompson and he showed me around and introduced me to the staff, then took a full history and gave me a physical exam. He manipulated my back, provided ice and e-stim, then sent me for x-rays. During the next visit, he outlined a treatment plan of manipulation and PT (which they provide on site). I started going twice a week and felt no different after 2 weeks. At the end of week 3, I awoke completely pain free. It was the first time in 2 years and it lasted for 2 days. I am now in week 5, and I am pain free 95% of the time. I did not expect anything when I went into this. To say I am thrilled with the results just doesn't seem to cover it.
