Everything is great EXCEPT FOR THE PRECIPITATION BEING SENT TO MY PHARMACY AND YOUR SYSTEM HAS PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY PRECIPITATION CORRECTLY SENT TO MY PHARMACY LAST MONTH IT TOOK 5 CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE AND MY PRECIPITATION WAS STILL NOT CORRECTLY SENT AND I HAD TO PAY FOR MY MEDICATION INSTEAD OF MY INSURANCE COVERING IT

I followed Dr. Beacham and Anne Powell from Frankfort to the new office The drive is farther but worth every minute. In this office I feel listened to, and know that alternatives will be offered so am hopeful rather than hopeless as I was in other offices. Thank you for providing such great care.

I have been suffering for 3 years with my Right leg and have been to numerous neurologist and neurosurgeons, none of them wanted to listen to what I had to say they had already formed an opinion By looking at my chart before they even laid eyes on me, It was so frustrating!
Dr. Beacham actually sat down looked at me and had a conversation about my situation, and we both came up with a plan.
I also see Jennifer Walter’s PA-C, she also talks to you and wants your input about the treatment plan.

Dr Beachman is a carrying, smart, and thoughtful man as well as a talented doctor. I have been dealing with many medical problems recently and he listen to me, read all the scans, reports etc., coming up with a short and long term plan to get me back functioning as much as my body will allow. Dr. Beacham was very responsive and informative as to what we should do next. I feel confident and comfortable with his advice.

My only complaint is you can never talk to anyone on the phone. Always have to wait for a callback. Hire someone to answer the phone!

Dr. Beacham as well as Ann and Jenny are phenomenal. I've been at this location when it was a previous doctor who owned it. So I've been here through many changes. And I think Dr. Beacham and his nurse practioners are wonderful! Having seen all 3 of the above listed I can state that they all listen to you, help think outisde the box, and truly care! They are not just there for your pain, but to help find the source and treat it, and not just with pills. Having UC and being able to get a procedure to help with that is life changing. They are in a transition,and just like in any other profession it's hard to find a stable work force. They are working hard to find the right office staff to fit their needs and who will stick around.. Good staff is hard to find everywhere right now.
