I have been a patient for several years & have always been treated with courtesy & respect. I would like to see Dr. Beachum on occasion outside of procedure day since that is not conducive to have a serious conversation regarding next steps. Jennifer Walters has been great & I am comfortable with her taking care of my every day issues. It seems like the staff turns over a lot & I often feel like no one knows me or my particular issues.

Dr Beacham and his associates have been wonderful! They're considerate, and really listen to my concerns. They offer suggestions and many different tests and procedures to solve my problems. So glad to have found them!

Dr. Beacham and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! His nurse practitioners truly listen to their patients, and the office staff is always responsive and helpful whenever I call with questions or need quick answers. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I’ve received in managing my overall pain. I couldn’t be more thankful for everything they’ve done!

My experience is usually very good. My only fuss about today, was that there was a bit of a backup: a room full of people waiting. That being said, I don’t think I waited over 20 minutes

All the people @ Restorative Pain Institute are highly professional, while also very friendly & helpful. Responsiveness to phone calls is extraordinarily good for a physicians office, and special kudos go to both Jennifer & Mercedes.

The transition was a little rough, (mostly computer software/ script sent to incorrect pharmacy, but everything is running smooth now and procedures are scheduled quickly. Thank you Dr. B!
