Restoration Made Simple

Working with Gregg has been one of the best decisions I have made for my business. He has given real solutions to make my business more profitable. He holds me accountable for goals we set, and is genuinely interested in our success. Use his services.

I have worked with Gregg over the past few years and I have absolutely been impressed by his knowledge and character. He has built several successful businesses of his own and does an amazing job teaching what he learned during that process to help other businesses grow. If you are looking for a business consultant then you need to talk to Gregg.

Gregg has a lot of knowledge about the mitigation and carpet cleaning businesses. He is friendly and great to work with. Highly recommended!

Gregg has been so helpful with organizational tips and marketing. Definitely has the experience to move you in the right direction.

I love Sargent Strategic Academy because Greg Sargent helped us in a time of desperate need. He is caring, dependable, and will sacrifice his time at a drop of a hat. He gave my husband and I direction for our company immediately to help generate renvue. Thanks for everything!

Currently attending a 3 day retreat in Colorado Springs. Great so far, learning tons and really enjoying the conten!! Gregg does a great job in organizing useful info and adapting content to meet you specific needs. Thanks Gregg!!

Gregg came out to Oklahoma City to help us with some of our procedures and problems we were having. After 2 LONG days of training with me and my team we were blown away with the things he helped us with. When he told me he was doing a class in Colorado Springs with Lance Ray from R1 for 3 days, I signed up immediately. In Colorado, he had a great itinerary and did not disappoint. I would recommend Gregg for any company in the restoration business.

Once again, thank you!

I had the pleasure of physically meeting Gregg at a seminar where he explained how best to go about growing our business. Having come from the same industry while juggling an intimidating family life, I knew this was a guy who knew what he was talking about, especially if he could grow his business and his family at the same time. Immediately after, I was going through his academy, lesson after lesson, learning strategies that SHOULD have been common sense but were completely foreign to me. I have no doubt that Gregg has greatly helped my business and I'm super thankful I made it to that seminar that day

Gregg has been a great overall consultant. He's very knowledgeable in making your company work, with the resources you have, and excel at it. One of the greatest contributions he has given Restoration 1 of Austin is helping recruit technicians.

Sargent Strategic Academy is the "nuts and bolts" information to get your restoration business started and going. His 20+ years of experience in restoration and carpet cleaning shines through his lesson modules. At times I will go back and review the modules I had earlier completed gaining addition information that I might have missed the first time. I have found his program valuable and essential for my business.

Gregg provided a wealth of information online the first time we met His course has changed our strategy for call conversion as well as how to market to Plumber’s he even has provided Scripts on how to market to Plumber’s as well as others and it’s simple well thought out. What a truly value about it is that we own the training materials and we can train our staff in house online and that is valuable to be able to provide training in multiple location what a truly value about it is that we own the training materials and we can train our staff in house online and that is valuable to be able to provide training in multiple venues.
