After 2.5 years in the water restoration business we were starting to spin our tires a little bit. We engaged in Gregg’s coaching program and attended one of his round table events and the guidance we have received has been amazing and definitely business changing for the better.

Gregg is super legit and I can’t say enough great things about him. We have had a couple of different positions (technician and estimator) that we’ve needed to fill for my restoration business in the past and have struggled to find the right people.

After a lot of frustration, we called Gregg. He found us our first great hire in two days! He is now our go-to for all of our recruiting.

Gregg has helped me with reviewing estimates to see what I've left off & with verbiage preventing questions. He looks at my business as we are business partners & openly shares his knowledge of the industry. He has helped with marketing, sales, negotiation to collections. He is an asset to my business. I highly recommend Gregg!!

Gregg Sargent’s easy demeanor and depth of knowledge make him an amazing resource in the water damage restoration industry. I have just began working with Gregg on starting up a restoration company and I must say it has been a true pleasure. Not only is he knowledgeable, but also extremely easy to speak with. You can tell he really cares. I feel much more at ease about the growing pains of a new enterprise with him at my side.

Gregg has given me a whole new outlook on the business. While I was completely discouraged and at a loss, he came in with new ideas that work! His knowledge was just what we needed! Only regret I have is not reaching out sooner!

Great teacher, finds ways to help you think outside the box. Helps in all aspects of your business. Always dropping golden nuggets of knowledge that helps earn more money or save on time. My wife and I took his 3 day boot camp and before lunch on the first day, we realized how much we have been leaving behind.

Gregg is great to work with. He is proficient in sharing his expertise of on running a water mitigation company. In one week I have learned stuff that I have already applied to the benefit of my company. Well worth the cost. Definitely recommend Gregg and Sargent Strategic Academy.

Gregg is very pationate about the work he does. He has great ideas and can do wonders with finances.

Sargent Strategic Consulting is AMAZING! We have tried many other consultants and never felt this good with any of them. Gregg gets it, he understands that often when a company seeks a consultant it is because there is pain going on that they need help pushing through, not a cheerleader, they need an action oriented leader to add the force / energy/ action to their struggling team that helps them break through to the other side. Gregg takes action, makes you take action and knows what to say to get you excited enough to have just enough energy that helps you go that extra mile when it hurts most. You can’t go wrong with this company. DON’T MISS OUT ON THE FUTURE YOU DESERVE, CALL HIM TODAY.

Having worked with Greg before, he was always great with marketing and working with people and has had a business that I was privilegetd to work with and for. He possess a phenomenal consulting mindset even when I was an employee. Now he is carrying this skill set and helping other's to grow their business. Keep up the great work Greg and wish you luck on future endeavors.
