Fantastic business! Wonderful employees, they where on time and everyone was fast and efficient. The office lady Amanda was so nice and ready to help! When they got here there equipment was clean also they set everything up pretty quickly and on top of that they taped wires to the floor to prevent me from tripping over them witch was nice. I wish I could put more than 5 stars! Definitely recommend for future customers.

Restoration 1 of OKC was very helpful with our water damage. We had a pipe burst during a snow storm and it flooded our converted garage. They were extremely busy when we first contacted them due to the storm. They told us they would get to us as soon as possible but it could be several days, which was understandable. About a week later they were able to come out and assess and start the drying process. Jason was who we dealt with and he was able to call and text me with details and updates. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The had to refer us to another company to test for mold and asbestos. The only issue/ wasn't particularly pleased with was they never gave us an estimate or anything written up which I had asked about a few different times. I hope I never have to use them again but I would if I needed to.

They came very quickly after we found that we have water in our closet and they immediately set up the machines and came back and checked on them periodically and then they are pulling their equipment out today so I am very happy with this group and I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome crews very helpful in all areas they know their business

They were timely, caring to my stress. Getting quickly to drying , avoiding mold and damage to floors from water damage. Getting Pro Box to move furniture into while getting wet carpet and padding removed quickly. Drying machines and HEPA blower to remove pollution and moisture, The replacement my personal items from Pro Box during low cold temps by himself Jason is appreciated. Also because of severe freezing cold and snow the Pro Box has not been picked up yet, still pending and adjustment for extra days blowers in second bedroom due to was not moisture but confirmed by Jason that it was a metal plate and three blowers and HEPA could have left days ago. Thank You

Frankie and Jr are freaking awesome. I had a sewer backup and they got the water up so quickly. Two days later I had a child and they were really careful getting my belongings out of the house. Nothing was damaged and they even came back out to move my furniture back in. I love these guys and this company!!!!

I do not LOVE Restoration 1, but I do appreciate their immediate response and their professionalism. They were cognizant of the dis-
comfiture the disruption caused, but they stayed with the problem until finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am very pleased with the quick response to cleaning after the water leak was repaired. The workmen were on time, professional, and efficient, not to mention kind and considerate. I’d definitely use them again.

We had a pipe burst and cause water to stand in one room of our rental home. We called Restoration 1 and they were able to come out the day we called to give an estimate for water dry out. We were very impressed with the timeliness and thoroughness of the estimate. One reason we decided to proceed forward with their service is because of their technology to do thermal imaging of our walls and keep us updated on the status of sheetrock dry out. We did not have carpet in that room so we really focused on wall dry out. They used industrial fans and a de-humidifier machine. The technicians were very professional, polite and careful as they set up and took down the equipment. We would highly recommend this business.

After a new hot water tank line failed after the installation we called Restoration One to clean up the water that flooded my office, hallway and bedroom. They responded within an hour on a Friday evening and were fast and efficient and explained the cleanup process to me. They returned Monday morning and the carpet and baseboards that were wet had dried completely. They were very thorough on inspecting everything to make sure it was dry. I can’t thank them enough. Ask for Chris, he was awesome!
