Restoration 1 of OKC were the "Ghost Busters" of our water disaster! They came with amazing timeliness, within the hour upon our call for help, to our home in rural OKC. They politely took control of our watery chaos with calm professionalism, genuine sincerity and respect to our home, possessions and our overwhelmed feelings. The wet situation was quickly under control. They sucked up standing water and set up blowers and dehumidifiers to dry up and remove the watery monster unleashed from our broken water heater pipe. Restoration 1 of OKC found all the spots the "unseen water" traveled throughout our house.
They came in the late hours of the night, assessed and did a "job" on our watery nightmare. They followed up the next few days monitoring the drying; coming back to remove carpet padding and dry wall as NEEDED and made 100% sure there was no...

We had an unexpected turn with out water heater tank turning into a geyser bringing water into our home. Restoration 1 was able to come out immediately and within 4 hrs of the incident already started drying and taking care of the situation. Even when we had concerns presented by the plumber and general contractor they provided us answers, the reasoning to their method, and did a double take to ensure my concerns were addressed.
