**PLEASE READ** I’m not a big “review guy” but in this case it’s important to me to let the public know ......I called Restoration One on May 22nd because my house took water in the basement. They were super busy with several jobs but still willing to help me even thou I wasn’t there at the time. Heath, and his crew made arrangements to meet with my mom at the residence to check out the situation. They immediately got to work and dried up all the water, got the flooring out, and had the dehumidifiers blowing to continue drying everything up. I had the dehumidifiers drying for weeks and Heath contacted me often to check on things. All I can say is that Restoration One is an A PLUS-PLUS company and I will refer this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you for reading…..

Had great service! Frankie, Trey, Kade, and Brandon were on time, and they called me 30 minutes before they arrived. When they got here, they where very polite and kind. They let me know about the process of the work and what to expect. Great company! Veteran owned as well.

We had a water line bust in our wall and flood our house. Tre with Restoration 1 came out immediately. They started getting the water cleaned up and getting things dried out. They handled everything from moving furniture to dealing with our insurance company to cleaning all carpets that had been flooded. Great great company. I would highly recommend. Tre was our tech that came out the first day and was here everyday for the next 6 days checking everything. He is super knowledgeable and explains everything in detail throughout the whole process. Super nice and helpful guy. Praying we never have this problem again but if we do we will be using them again.

We love Restoration 1!! We’ve used them twice and both times were excellent experiences. We primarily dealt with Jason for both services and he is kind, communicative, and professional. He doesn’t change the way he speaks when talking to either my husband or I, which I greatly appreciate. We will never use anyone else for water damage to our house, we have always had wonderful results!! Thank you so much, you guys!!

I called Restoration 1 after I found water under my kitchen sink from a leaky faucet. Kade and Brandon responded quickly. They were very informative and explained the drying process. Junior followed up every day until there was no indication of moisture under the sink. Junior was also very helpful, friendly and informative. I highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this business to anyone! Everyone I talked to was always very polite and would get back to me quickly. They came out within 24 hours to assess our damage and gave me estimates and recommendations. Within just a couple of days they came in and did thwth work and cleaned up everything. Great work and people; you won't be disappointed by this choice.

Very responsive and they worked hard to make everything look as good or better than it did before any damage occurred. My contact person Kim Horton was kind and professional, was able to fix problems or make things happen same day or within 24 hours and thankfully handled a lot of the pushback from insurance, which she did not have to do. Our brand new oak floors look new again after a substantial amount of water damage. I hope I don’t need their services again any time soon, but I wouldn’t use anybody else.

From Amanda answering the phone to Anthony or Jason coming out to begin the job, the process runs smooth and timely. When the job is coming to an end, you meet Kim who handles communicating with your insurance to create the least out-of-pocket cost for you. Restoration 1 has YOU in mind when they take you on as a customer.

They were here in a hurry snd got the water taken up and taken care of so my family could feel at piece without water running every where.

Our water heater was leaking and they stopped potential damage by cleaning up the water and drying everything out. Not only were they responsive but also checked on it often. We had no damage because they did a thorough job of drying it out. I’ll definitely call them again for any services they offer!

Trey and Anthony were so great to work with. If I called or text, they always responded quickly. They explained everything they were going to do and then again after they did it. They also would explain why, which is hard to do with people when they are already emotional. I hope I never need to have their help again. But if I do , I know who I would call .
