I had originally called a different service provider who didn't have any openings for over a month. I had some pet stains that needed attention fast. Heath returned my call the same day and was out within the same week. He worked quickly and we are happy with the results.

Very satisfied with Restoration 1. The called me almost immediately after my first contact. (This was about 11:00 PM when I left a message) They came out the next morning, a Saturday to do an inspection. They set up blowers with HEPA filters to start clearing the air. They returned on Monday and started the remediation. We had wet ceilings in two rooms, (dining room had mold in ceiling and carpet pad) removed all wet and molding insulation, dry wall and carpet pad. Sealed off the opening in the ceiling, cleaned up to a point that if it were not for the missing ceiling you would know they had been here. Hopefully we will not need them again, but would not hesitate to call them if necessary.
