Restoration 1 of OKC

I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling from a 2nd floor sink pipe. Within about 30 minutes of the plumber calling them for me, I received a phone call to make the appointment for the next day. At first, I was taken back by the 3 YOUNG men who showed up--they looked as if they had not graduated high school and I was a bit nervous. However, when Dominique started talking I could readily see how knowledgeable and confident he was in performing the task at hand. I immediately felt at ease. Dominique, along with the other young men were polite and were obviously trained well. I would definitely recommend this company to others as well as use them again myself.

We were so happy we chose this company. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional in every way. Dominick was great. Really knows his job. Junior and Brandon also helped and did a great job. We will be using them again for other services. Use this company...you will not be sorry!

On Memorial Day we noticed water puddling in our floor and soon dripping from the ceiling. Daniel and his guys were there within an hour, probably more like 30 minutes, of me calling and asking for help. They had fans on it and came by to check until it was dry. They got on it so quick we were able to save all dry wall and wood flooring! They also explained the features of the equipment since I have a two year old who might get a little too curious.

I would recommend their service to anyone in need. Very professional and much appreciated!

We noticed water in our floor and dripping from the ceiling from our AC unit upstairs and Daniel and his team were there within the hour to take a look and get fans set up. I would also like to mention this was about 9:30 PM on Memorial Day!

They are extremely professional and talked through operation of the equipment and what to watch out for with my 2 year old roaming around.

We could not be happier with their work as they were able to prevent any damage.

Restoration 1 did a great job on my carpets for a reasonable price!

We hired Restoration 1 to clean our carpets. They are great!!! They fit us in quickly, were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter's puppy had a few "accidents" in one corner of her room and we didn't realize it until the smell was strong. Restoration 1 followed up with me after the initial visit and came back to re-treat the area free of charge. I will use them again in the future and pass their name on to anyone looking for the services they offer.
