We awoke to find out we had our carpets flooded at about 1 am. Heath was very quick to return my call and get his team out to me. Dominick and Brenen came in and got right to work. Very professional and very kind. Made a hard situation so much less stressful.

I recently had a leak in my bathroom, which turn out to be much more. My plumber suggested I contact my insurance company and Restoration 1. Restoration 1's response time was wonderful. Heath set up a time to come out, reviewed the problem, give me an estimate, and scheduled a time to start the job. He also arrived to meet which my insurance adjuster. The technicians were great. They arrived on time, worked cleanly, extremely polite and did a great job. This is a fairly new company, but I would recommend them to anyone for water and mold damage. Don't be afraid to check out this company. I hope your experience will be nice as mine.

We have a one year old puppy who had an issue with training. My carpets really needed cleaning. The smell was awful. I waited a few weeks to write a review to see if the smell came back. I am shocked! Not only do the look great, but I can’t smell a thing and I am extremely sensitive to smells. I can’t tell you how happy we are. When Jon was here we also discussed having the grout cleaned in our shower. I highly recommend this company. Friendly, fast, effective and great price.

Everything was satisfactory with the exception of nails left from tack strips in the concrete slab and I ask them to remove the furniture from the room with the damage and they just covered it.

Restoration 1 of OKC did a fantastic job on my carpets. John and Junior called before they arrived. Moved my furniture for me and we’re just very professional. The house smells new again and my carpets look great. I’ll definitely be recommending them and will use them again in 6 months!

Carpet was really dirty had to get it cleaned before lease was up called restoration 1 and they was out the next day! Smelled good looked good and was surprisingly really dry thanks for all yalls hard work dominke!! Wont call any one but these guys also jamie needs a raise!!!😀

I experienced water damage in my home after a thunderstorm. Water was coming in somewhere from my ceiling. Restoration 1 of OKC quickly responded. Heath was very thorough explaining what had happened and what they were going to do to mitigate the water damage. They were in and out in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. I highly recommend the team at Restoration 1 of OKC. I plan to use them in the future for carpet cleaning and any other unexpected issues that may occur!

This is the first time I used this company and I was extremely pleased with the service and Jon was very nice, polite, and helpful. In addition , the carpet looks cleaned considering the the age and bad spots it had on it. I plan to use Restoration 1 for future needs.

He was very polite and explained what he was going to do to get the job done. He did a very good job and I’m happy with the results. He was finished in an hour. I will use them again.

I called Restoration 1 to clean my elderly
mother's, very dirty carpet and due to a miscommunication, they arrive 2 hours earlier than I expected. Unfortunately, because I live an hour away, I was unable to get there to vacuum and clear the furniture out of the room. The results were less than favorable. When I called to let them know I wasn't happy with the results, they were gracious enough to return the following week and reclean the carpet. They did a great job and I was more than happy with the results. I would highly recommend their friendly and profession staff and will continue to use them on a regular basis.

Very quick to respond and completely fix our mold problem. Every employee was friendly and polite. The estimated price was the price we paid AND they left the space immaculate! Highly recommend!!!
