When I had a mold problem, Jason came out and was very conscientious of my home and living area. He carefully explained the procedure he was going to use and took pictures of the restoration process, showed me what they were doing and what had been done. There was even something that was beyond his scope of work but he came back two days later to do that for me at no charge. I was just very thankful to have it treated and appreciate the customer service that he provided.He's a trustworthy man and his business is trustworthy and I would recommend to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and give this company a call! Jason and his team are professional with extremely fair pricing. What took me six weeks to get answers and solutions out of another popular restoration company, only took me one day with restoration 1 and the job was completed two business days after that. Jason always answered all of my questions with great detailed and put my mind to ease about the process. Don’t even call another company: one stop shop here.

I called Jason from Restoration 1 because i was buying a home and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving all of my things in. He answered almost immediately when i called and got me set up with an appointment on the exact day that I was hoping for. On the day of my carpet cleaning they arrived at my new house on time, and actually slightly earlier than me, to start getting set up. Jason and Tamara were both there and they were both very professional and friendly. Tamara was the one that cleaned my carpets and she was even able to get a rusty looking stain from an area of carpet in the living room. In general, the whole house even smelled better after she had finished. They also used an anti microbial treatment. I highly recommend giving these guys a call for carpet cleaning or any other service!
