I had a refrigerator that leaked and soaked my kitchen and living room. Robert was amazing and got everything cleaned up and got my carpet cleaned quickly. Thank you Robert and Restoration 1.

I had called many different mitigation companies around the Indianapolis area to inquire about which company could provide someone to come right away and inspect what I believed was mold growth in my crawl space. After many companies telling me someone wouldn’t be able to make it out until the next day or a couple days later, Restoration 1 sent someone to my home within just a couple hours! Once the employee arrived he was very professional and introduced himself, ironically his name was Robert also! Once I relayed all the information about what I was wanting done, Robert got into the crawlspace and did his inspection and once finished he showed me all of the pictures he had taken and walked me through the process of what the mold mitigation would consist of. Upon completion of their work, I was HIGHLY satisfied with everything and will definitely use this company again and recommend...

Recently had a major water loss in my basement I called restoration even tho it was late at night they sent Jeff he arrived quickly got it done very well and was very respectful and understanding all around very professional I would recommend to friends and family!

I had a huge leak in my basement and just puddles of water. I called restoration one and they sent out Jeff. He arrived quickly and got straight to work. He set equipment and got the drying process started. Over a day or two it’s really started to dry out and he was able to salvage most of the flooring. There was one carpeted spot that he could not salvage but the company took care of that and got me with a company to find the replacement and install it. I will for sure use this company again and again.

A family member had an emergency water damage issue in the basement. Jason, Alyssa, and the rest of the work crew were professional, efficient, and came out quickly to address the issue. This company is under new employment if you would say, yes, Jason is still the owner, but he decided one day to clean house and start fresh. Since then, he has hired a couple employees who take their job seriously and always go above and beyond! My family recently used his company for some water damage on their home and the Technician who came was very professional and stated he treats every customer like family! Thats exactly what he did! Problem solved!

I had a bathroom leak that resulted in a mold issue and damaged flooring. Jason and Mryl quickly came out and accessed the damage. They explained what needed to be done and the steps involved in the process. The mold treatment and new flooring went quickly and smoothly. Myrl did an excellent job in treating and installing the new flooring. All of this was done in a conscientious and professional manner. I highly recommend Restoration 1 in Greenfield .

My father in law recently used this company to get his crawl space fixed up due to flooding and storm damage and man did these guys do a fantastic job!!! Myrl and Able were very professional and respectful and got their job done . I would give them ten stars if I could I will be telling everyone I know if they need any help due to water, fire, or mold to give these guys a call they’re one of the best company’s around here we wouldn’t call anyone else !!!!!

Great company to have in community. Very efficient when comes to getting jobs done. Have seen them around local area, seems like they have grown out of old location to new one. Hopefully they hang around Greenfield good to see businesses sticking around.

Jason was at my house within 90 minutes of calling and was able to pump out about 5 inches of water in my basement from my sump pump that broke. He also came out 2 additional times to test the moisture level before removing all the drying equipment. I highly recommend them for any needs, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly handled.

Jason was knowledgeable, was precise in his quote and what he would do. He was timely . Work was performed not as agreed, BUT BETTER than agreed. Jason did a small extra repair he came across. Work was done very promptly, cleaned up after the work, and was pleasant to work with. a RARE combo these days for workers. Happy I was referred to them. Would recommend to my best friends.
