This group has nice and skilled people who would like to help. My home had a water damage. They came in and estimated. Then scheduled the best time for us and worked on it immediately. They also were very responsible.

Contacted Restoration 1 of Durham-Greensboro because of concerns about mold in my crawl space. Charles was on time for our appointment. He did an inspection and took numerous pictures of the area, which we reviewed. Turned out that we did not need mold remediation or replacement of insulation, which meant no need to hire the company at this time. I'll remember that they gave their honest appraisal instead of trying to "make a sale." If I need their kind of work in the future, I'll call them first. Charles did provide me several pictures of apparent problems with my HVAC install in the crawlspace. Those will come in handy when the HVAC guys show up for my Preventive Maintenance!

We had major water damage to our half bathroom and bonus room. We called Restoration 1 and Todd the general manager immediately came out and assessed the damage. Within an hour Charles the Production Lead arrived and started the clean-up/mitigation process which was quite extensive from removing the carpet, pad, tile, baseboards, some drywall and then set up dehumidifiers and fans to completely dry the area. Charles was hard working and professional and was an absolute delight to work with. Todd provided detailed information that we could provide for our home owners insurance claim. So happy that we called Restoration 1 Team and highly recommend their services.
