We had difficulty setting up our automatic payment, and Mark was very helpful and very patient getting our problem resolved.

We recently worked with both Niki and Mark looking to buy a house. My wife and I had just moved back to Spring from Scotland after a few years abroad.

We actually accidentally found Niki but definitely glad we did. Niki listened to us, what we were looking and responded with several properties that were what we wanted to see. We often had to bring our kids along to viewing and Niki was not only patient with us but also with the kids as well. So much so, every time we see a white car near a house; our daughter asks if we are seeing Niki.
