My family and I were displaced by a fire and were needing to move into a home IMMEDIATELY. I saw a property I liked, inquired about it and Nikki got in contact with me the same day! Not only that, but I was able to take a tour of the property a few hours later!! No other management company wanted to be this attentive to me as Nikki was. When I toured the home, that's when I met Mark who was also so attentive like Nikki. There the perfect duo! They were both so wonderful at explaining everything! I applied for the property the next morning and Mark was on it! Got approved within a few hours and had my new house keys by the end of same day! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I tried hiring a discounted management company that charged a flat fee and that is what I got... I had a property manager who didn't understand anything and was just an order taker. Mark with RentLife Property Management helped me evict a deadbeat tenant and get my house back in order in no time. They then got it listed for top dollar and found me a fantastic tenant!

It's very rare when you call a property management company and the actual owner picks up the phone! Mark and Niki are a wonderful team at what they do. Found this company off Google and they have not disappointed. They currently manage my property after I decided to switch to them at the end of my management agreement with another company. The leasing staff is also great to deal with. Leased the vacant property very quickly.

The first thing I noticed about Mark was that he answers the phone himself...and he always answers the phone. I cannot speak highly enough about how responsive Mark is. He always responds almost immediately - no matter how you contact him... phone, text, email. Mark helped us repair our rental property and provided valuable advice from his own experience.
