Mark and RentLife have been a surprisingly good property management group for us. We recently relocated to Conroe Texas from Phoenix and there were a bunch of issues with the property that we reported to RentLife. Mark and his team resolved most of our issues within the week, usually next day.

I've worked with Mark and Nick who helped handle listing, tenant screening, and handling issues related to the property to keep it in order to be rentable. The discussions related to tenant screenings were very thorough and clear, but the best part was that they did not discuss tenants that they felt did not meet their standards which I appreciated. Mark is very prompt when it comes to handling tenant issues, especially when it comes to thungs that might need repair, and I appreciate the care he is providing the tenant. One thing I realised when I first started working with Mark was his attention to detail. In hindsight I wished I had worked with him to purchase my property, but its always on my mind to do so in the future. I would recommend Mark and his team if it's in any area his team services.

I highly recommend RentLife to take care of all of your property management needs. They are one of the very few that hold CRMC certification. And all CRMC companies are NOT the same for customer service. As property owners, we had called another CRMC property management company and were stood up for our initial consultation with them and never received a call back to reschedule. We called RentLife and Mark picked up and spent so much time with us over the phone at that very second to explain all the services they provided and answered all of our questions.
