I'd like to start off by saying there is no one like Jonathan Smith. He states he is "here to serve" and that is exactly what he did and continues to do. The process of selling my mother's home took fifteen months. He helped me every step of the way, even when I didn't know I needed help. He was available with advice as a realtor, as well as a shoulder to lean on. He made the process of selling the home simple with his wealth of knowledge and numerous contacts. I have since move to Florida and am looking for a new property. He continues, at my request, to advise in my next venture by sharing his contacts in the Florida market.
