I know the owners of RR as friends and that they are people with an extraordinary work ethic and the highest level of integrity, but I'd never been their client until this past weekend when my business flooded. They were responsive, professional and reassuring. When I walked through my business and saw the damage left behind, I was completely overwhelmed but when they came and walked me through the process, I could breathe again. I thought I'd be down at least 7-10 days but they had my place clean, sanitized and ready to go in about 3 days (including drying time). They were respectful of my things and my time. They worked steadily and efficiently always seeing what else could be being done and rotating their workers to keep the process moving. Even during a full day, when workers had to have a quick bite to eat, they staggered two at a time so the work never stopped. I already thought highly of them and still they exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say, which is kind of funny/embarrassing, my place is not just "restored," it's cleaner than it was before the flood! ��
