I have to say how impressed I was with this organization. They responded immediately to my call. Somebody was here the same day to look at the problem and they were working on it the very next day. The fellows that worked on the house were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, considerate and hardworking. This is my first ever flood in a home and I depended on them to get me through the whole process which they did and I am thankful.

Redeeming Restoration responded quickly to resolve our problem. We had sewage backup in our 3-unit rental house. They professional cleaned the area within hours of when we called. We are satisfied as are our tenants.

We had a massive sewage backup in our crawl space this spring and the guys did an amazing job of cleaning up. This was by far their worst job in 11 years of business they never made us feel uncomfortable about the situation we all had a great sense of humor and finished the job right down to fixing the source of the problem. The best company we have had to work with in years. Thank you!!!

I love Redeeming Restoration because they do exactly what they promised in their written contract. The work was done in an orderly fashion and neatness was on the top of their list for completing the job. They were very courteous at all times and it was a pleasure working with them. The work was done in a time that was suitable for what had to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of repairs done. After my basement flooded I contacted Redeeming Restoration for pricing and options. In the end I determined that I did not need to use their service, but the owner was still extremely helpful and understanding. She provided guidance and expert advice on what I could do to resolve my issues on my own. To me this was above and beyond what I expected. Quick response time, and over and above customer service. Water pipes burst in the middle of winter. They removed everything and cleaned it all out and dried it! All ready for the next step with the plumbers. Thanks again. Highly recommend

After the hose on our washer broke and leaked water all over our basement we did not know what to do. We did a quick google search and found redeeming restorations and we are lucky we did. This small family owned business did an incredible job. They were over at the house quickly and went right to work. When plumbing when horribly wrong in our newly renovated rental, Redeeming Restoration's number was given to me with a list of other options. I called all three companies that were on the list. Redeeming Restoration was at the property working to clean up the mess before the other two companies returned my call.
They were knowledgeable and efficient and took care of the mess in a professional and timely manner. The tenants were pleased with the care given to the air quality and the condition of personal items in the basement.
