Karen was a pleasure to have. She worked to get my knees better and helped me stretch, always encouraging me to be more active by getting me to use a peddle cycle on days there was no therapy. I can stand a little longer to make my meals and I can go up and down my stairs better to get out to the Senior Center. I looked forward to PT. It was very good. I never did all these exercises, bit now I try to do them on my own.
