Working with Red-tail roofing was a real pleasure, especially with their project coordinator Steve Sutlick. Early on I had some difficulties with my insurance carrier whose initial estimate was quite low. I was quite frustrated and talked with Steve. He helped immensely in explaining to the carrier why the estimate should be higher. I ended up only paying my modest deductible. Steve was very personable and very easy to work with and it was clear that he really cared about the service his customers received. I couldn't recommend Red-tail roofing more highly.

They were fantastic. They even did a video to show the insurance company because the insurance company didn’t understand the problem. Steve and Adam are tops. The workers cleaned up all of the leftovers. There is not a better roofing company.

We had hail damage to our roof and Steve Sutlick knocked on our door and asked if we needed an inspection and quote so I asked him to take a look. We obviously had more than enough hail damage to get a total replacement. We decided to go with Red Tail Roofing , and we are glad that we did.

It was a low pressure sale, but the results and the workmanship was five star. Everyone was professional and they performed the job in one day. The most impressive thing was when I came home from work, I witnessed three different people at three different times walking around our house with a magnet picking up nails. When the project was done, the supervisor also walked around with a magnet and checked for nails. They left the area as clean as it was prior to them showing up. The next day Steve showed up and asked if he could go up and inspect the work and then walk around and check...
