After a big hail storm Adam came out and checked our roof. He gave us a estimate and recommended some upgrades for shingles and guttering. He has a lot of knowledge and really easy to work with. His team came out and got the job done quickly and did a excellent job cleaning up. You won't be disappointed with him or his work.

My roof is difficult due to the wide variety of slopes... anywhere from "flat" to "steep". I requested options fixing existing issues and was presented with multiple choices. That's hard to do with a flat residential roof!

Steve Sutlick presented their quality roofing and guttering in a professional sales meeting. The roofing crew was outstanding! The guttering team handled a couple of situations creatively and to my satisfaction.

Great information given about how Insurance handles our claim. After he inspected, Steve returned to meet with Insurance adjuster so I didn't have to. The roof looks great, the team was very professional, and the cleanup was exceptional. Steve was a great guy and made you feel like he was a lifelong friend. There was follow up after installation. I am very happy with the work and especially impressed with Steve.

We had a fantastic experience with Red-Tail! After a massive hailstorm, Steve came out and determined there was enough damage to file a claim for our roof and gutters. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance process, had no problem answering questions, and was professional while also being extremely personable. We had two separate crews on separate days to get the job completed; one for the roof and one for the gutters. Both crews were extremely polite, respectful and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend Steve and the Red-Tail crew!

Called Adam to get a roof inspection and quote if there were any repairs needed. He had someone out there in two days to inspect the roof. To my relief, we were told the roof was in good shap and gave us a couple maintenance tips as well. Very appreciative that they didn’t just try to “sell” something and gave us an honest evaluation.

Based on their inspection, I don't need anything right now. But when I do Red-tail will be my first call. Excellent Team!

Within just a few days, he was examining my roof. Afterwards, he spent time explaining each step needed to repair my roof correctly. He did it in a straight-forward, no pressure manner. Red Tail Roofing checked all the boxes, quality materials and workmanship, timely schedule, good value. But most impressive was the level of service and attention to detail throughout the process. The roof replacement was on my 80 year old mother in law’s house and Adam and Jose worked through all of the details with her so she was informed and comfortable and confident in her decision. Adam also worked with my mother in law’s insurance company to get her a significant discount on her premiums going forward because she chose impact resistant shingles. Plus with Jose on site for the entire job we had someone making sure everything was done exactly right on install day. I could not recommend Red Tail, and Jose enough.

I was very impressed with the overall process and outcome. I had worked with Adam several times in the past, so I knew Red Tail would be the right choice for my own home. Landscaping always takes a beating during the roofing process, but their crew covered it and tried to minimize the inevitable damage. All in all, really pleased that only a few plants needed some TLC afterward. We couldn’t be happier.
