I feel so fortunate to have found this property management company. I have used them to manage my rental in Rio Rancho since 2011. They have always been honest and responsive. Making things so much easier to be an out of state landlord. At tax time all my paperwork is in order and every month they provide statements and ensure the property is maintained. Doesn't answer calls

We had Red Rock manage our property initially and was pleased with their quick response, and the speed with which our home was always occupied. Then Red Rock helped us sell our home and that was even quicker. We had two months in between tenants to the time we closed on our home. We appreciate everything that Red Rock and their staff have done for us in the past four years. Thank you!
